The drive takes about 50 minutes, heading north out of Pigeon Forge toward Sevierville and then east through the foothills to the Estate. Mountain roads and busy weekends on the Parkway can add time, so leave a cushion on the day.
A Home Base for Your Guests
The Estate hosts up to 25 overnight guests on the property. For a larger guest list, Pigeon Forge's cabins and hotels give everyone else a place to stay, with Dollywood and the Parkway for the days before and after.
