Plan Your Experience
The Estate at Sweetwater Creek is a Luxury Smoky Mountain Estate offering immersive, private experiences — truly a special place where family, lifetime memories are made. One celebration at a time. The entire estate, yours.
Three Ways to Make the Estate Yours
Every experience includes full private use of the property — 70 acres, four outdoor ceremony sites, the chandelier-lit Grand Hall — with a dedicated consultant/planner, in-house catering and a fully licensed on-site bar, and a welcome espresso or wine on arrival. The difference is how long the estate belongs to you.
The Legacy Experience
Two nights
Arrive the evening before, settle your family into the estate, and let the celebration unfold without a clock. The "Happily Ever After" brunch closes the weekend before anyone has to say goodbye.
The Timeless Estate Experience
One night
An overnight on the estate — ceremony, celebration, and morning light on the ridgeline, with the bridal suites and groom's quarters as your home base.
The Private Estate Experience
One day
The full estate for a single, unhurried day — 1 day, 1 wedding, never shared. Every ceremony site, the Grand Hall, and the grounds are yours from morning to last dance.
Within Easy Reach
The estate sits about ten miles from the North Carolina state line — and roughly an hour from Knoxville, Asheville, and the Tri-Cities of Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are all close enough to fold into your guests’ weekend.
Coming from farther out? Charlotte and Nashville are about three hours by car, Atlanta about four — close enough to drive, far enough to feel like you’ve truly gotten away.
Request the Current Experience Guide
Because every experience is private and every season is different, we share current details and availability directly rather than posting them online. Tell us a little about your celebration below and we'll send you the current Experience Guide — and if you'd like, walk the grounds with you.
