v2 | The Estate at Sweetwater Creek
About

Our family, and this place

Seventy acres in the East Tennessee foothills, kept by the family who lives on it.

So glad you're here

We host one wedding a day. That is the whole philosophy, and everything else follows from it — the pace of a morning here, the way our team moves, the fact that nobody is watching a clock on your behalf.

The kitchen is ours. The bar is ours. The consultant who answers your first note is the same person standing at the back of the hall when the doors open. When something needs deciding, you talk to the family, not a department.

Couples have come here from forty states and eight countries, and their guests from all fifty. We still learn every name.

What We Hold To

Six things that shape a day here

Modern rustic

Natural beauty, refined finish. Nothing precious, nothing rough.

Elegant

Refined details, quietly handled, all the way down to the glassware.

Romantic

The light here does most of the work. We stay out of its way.

Luxury

High-end touches where they are felt, not where they are seen.

Timeless

A classic day, so the photographs still look right in thirty years.

Southern hospitality

Warm, welcoming, unhurried. Coffee before you ask for it.

The in-house team plating for a celebration
The Team

People who live nearby

Our catering team, our bar staff and our consultants are all in-house. They know the property in the dark, and they know which ceremony site holds the last of the light in October.

How a day runs
