Seventy acres, held quietly
A working family estate in the East Tennessee foothills, kept for one celebration at a time.
One day, one wedding
The gate closes behind you and the property is yours — every site, every room, every acre. There is no second party on the calendar, no turnover clock, no shared hallway. That single decision shapes everything else about a day here.
Below are the spaces you will actually use. Photography is the client's own; the notes describe what belongs in each frame.

The Grand Hall
Chandelier light, long tables, and room for two hundred and fifty. Dinner service comes straight from our own kitchen, and the licensed bar sits inside the same walls.
- Seats up to 250 guests
- Chandelier lighting throughout
- In-house catering team, on site
- Fully licensed bar
Four outdoor ceremony sites
Four places to say it, each with a different light and a different view. You choose one — and keep the rest for portraits, cocktails and the long walk between.

Bridal suites and groom's quarters
Separate spaces, both on the property, both with their own light. Espresso arrives in the morning; wine follows in the afternoon. Nobody has to drive anywhere.
- Bridal suites for the morning and the party
- Groom's quarters, private and separate
- Welcome espresso and wine
- Your consultant on site all day

Room for twenty-five
On-site lodging for twenty-five means the people closest to you stay closest to you. Late talk on the porch, and no one leaving early to find a hotel.
